Oral arguments are expected to take place sometime after the first of the year.

The remaining justices recused themselves for one reason or another. A decision is expected before the current court term ends in early June. Thanks for your prayers, and please continue to pray.

The Virginia Supreme Court handed down their decision this morning. Basically, they reversed the lower court decision that was in our favor and remanded the case back to the lower court. It sounds like this won't be settled, one way or the other, anytime soon.
