Need some ideas
Nov 5th, 2007 at 7:07am

So, there's someone I'm thinking of cooking for next weekend.  I've already informed him that I'm not very domestic, so cooking a meal for him will be a big surprise.  But I want to make sure it's a nice surprise and not a regrettable one. Wink

Anyway, the last couple of years all I've made are things like chili, meatloaf, etc. for me and the kids.  I'd like to make something appetizing and delicious, that isn't too complicated and won't take a lot of time, but I can't think of anything.  Help please!

He doesn't eat mushrooms, peas, sour cream or brussel sprouts (geez, who doesn't love sprouts???? Wink) but I think those are the only limitations.  What should I make?

Great idea!  But marinated in what, Bee?

Gosh, I hope it's not snowing next weekend.  Of course, I can put the grill in the garage.

Marinate (no more than one hour)

Italian Dressing
Worchestshire Sauce
Crushed Garlic

Remove from marinade and pat dry.

Season with:

Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper

Grill to desired doneness.

Cool
